A young boy has been charged with beating a 90-year-old to death with her walking stick. Tristen

Kurilla, 10, is alleged to have got angry at Helen Novak when she shouted at him then took her cane and put it around her neck.

His mother, Martha Virbitsky, took him to a police station in Tyler Hill, Pennsylvania, where she told officers that he had confessed to going into Novak’s room when she shouted at him.
