“Report reaching our news desk has it that SAHARA REPORTERS, an online publishing outfit has allegedly been paid 2.3 billion Naira to tarnish the image of IPOB and help attack their sympathizers. According to the report, a member of their staff, of an Igbo extraction (names not provided), was given a separate 400 million Naira in cash to use his Igbo connection to identify the sponsors of IPOB for possible elimination.
The online publisher, as I understand is now engaging other online publishers and a popular Igbo blogger based in Lagos to help in spreading whatever reports they come up with. The source, a Yoruba man who works in City Bank, Ogun State branch, where the transfer was effected, stated that the Igbo blogger will be compensated handsomely through significant advertisements for every report published. More on this will be released as soon as available.”
